ТECHNOLOGY TRANSFER: SOME BASIC QUESTIONS. (English)

Technology transfer is a process of transferring innovations from one institution or country to another for the purpose of further development or commercialization. The purpose of this paper is to analyze some of the basic issues connected to the technology transfer. This paper is composed of Introduction, two parts and Conclusion. The paper begins with the presentation of the basic meaning of the connection between innovation and the technology transfer. The first part analyzes the concept and basic characteristics of the process. The second part is dedicated to the types of technology transfer. The conclusion includes assessments of the analyzed questions and recommendations. Results in this paper are generated by analyzing official legal and political acts and using literature and studies connected with the issue. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Трансферот на технологии е процес на пренесување на иновации од една институција или држава до друга, а со цел понатамошен развој или комерцијализација. Целта на овој труд е да ги анализира некои од основните прашања поврзани со трансферот на технологии. Трудот е составен од вовед, два дела и заклучок. Трудот започнува со презентирање на основното значење на поврзаноста на иновациите и трансферот на технологии. Во првиот дел се анализирани поимот и основните карактеристики на процесот. Вториот дел е посветен на видовите на трансфер на технологии. Заклучокот вклучува проценки на анализираните прашања и препораки. Резултатите во овој труд се генерирани со анализирање на правни и политички акти и користење литература и студии поврзани со анализираните прашања. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
