Biometric Studies at Davenport University.

  • Biometric technology is growing in importance, both in the private and public sectors. With respect to the field of information security, biometrics is the applicable study of how to authenticate individuals via biological features. An option to passwords, which can be cracked or stolen, biometric authentication applies unique physical characteristics such as fingerprint, retina, or voice patterns.
