It describes the status of drug trafficking and production in all countries such as Afghanistan, Burma, Belize, Pakistan, Panama and Trinidad and Tobago, among others. The article also describes the economic and social status, policy initiatives and law enforcement efforts against drugs in 2008, international agreements and treaties, and the U.S. policy initiatives and programs at each country.
