The article focuses on human rights and the economic and social council which is included in the Henry J. Hyde United Nations Reform Act of 2005 submitted to the U.S. Senate on June 20, 2005. The human rights reforms that should be adopted by the United Nations are discussed under the Section 201. Under the Section 202 of the Act, the policy on economic and social council is discussed. The policy regarding the funding for the Democracy Fund is also presented.
