Linda O'Brien-Pallas honoured for her contribution to nursing.

  • The article features Linda O'Brien-Pallas, recipient of the 2006 Jeanne Mance Award presented during the opening ceremonies of the Canadian Nurses Association's biennial convention held in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan in June 2006. She was honored for her outstanding contribution to the nursing profession. The nurse is recognized as one of the foremost experts on nursing productivity and workload measurement. She co-founded the Quality of Nursing Worklife Research Unit now known as the Nursing Health Services Unit.
