The socio-economic issues of rural communities have always been the state's attention in realizing the goal of Wawasan 2020. In relation to that, for rural communities, this transformation is the starting point in improving socio-economic capacity and the standard of family members' education for the well-being of families, communities and countries. This study aims to identify the level of education of the Kg. Sg Budor population and analyzed the main socio-economic population. A purposive sampling technique was used to select a sample of 130 respondents. The data were collected through a questionnaire in Kg.Sg. Budor, Kelantan. The findings show that there is no education and education level is low causes of family economic deterioration and poverty on factors of absence of permanent employment. Min scores found that no job was at a high level in contrast to education at moderate level and belonging to a low level of utilities. There is no change in the routine of residents who are looking forward to donations and assistance from governments for health problems, lack of basic needs and diverse responsibilities. Hence, this study contributes to the importance of implementing socio-economic changes among the population to reduce the incidence of poverty thus making Kg Sg Budor a variable to change life. In addition, it provides understanding and action to stakeholders in ensuring the development of Kg. Sungai Budor in implement the existence of Kg. Sg. Budor is a collective and competitive rural area and is being developed as one of the tourist centers. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
